 Khrys Vaughan, Founder Khrys has more than eight years experience in Development and Project Management, and has worked with various Telecommunication companies since 1987. She successfully established and ran two companies of her own that served clientele in the US and abroad, including faith-based and non-profit organizations. Other accomplishments during her career include being named a finalist in the Ruby Slipper Awards for entrepreneurs, producing an industry-first webcast and a pilot for Internet TV. Until recently, Khrys served as volunteer Web Coordinator for the Hampton Roads Civic Ballet, and is a former Board Member of The Bread Ministry, an organization feeding 18,000 people each month. She freely shares her knowledge and experience with other women to help them avoid common pitfalls as they launch and grow their businesses. On a personal note, Khrys enjoys racing, is married and has four children.
 Landy Ung, Marketing Advisor Landy is a very passionate business woman. She graduated from the University of Texas with degrees in Spanish and Marketing, and afterwards, secured positions within the Marketing divisions of both Verizon Corp. and American Express in New York. Later, Landy went on to co-found her own company. 8Coupons delivers coupons from local businesses to your cell phone making it easy for consumers to take advantage of great deals and local businesses to become empowered beyond the typical print coupons. Landy knows firsthand what it takes to be successful. When asked if the risks of starting a company made her nervous, she responded, "My parents came to this country from Cambodia with three kids, no money and no English. "What's the worst that can happen?"
Vyctoria Vaughan, Assistant
Vyctoria must have watched mom very closely growing up and has decided to follow in her footsteps. Vyctoria is skilled in digital photography, ensures your emails are answered, develops polls and surveys, and coordinates a number of tasks here. In her spare time, she enjoys ballet performances and studies Japanese in addition to soaking up all the advice her mom has to give so she can launch her own business one day.
