Round Tables
Round Tables are for women business owners who want to do more with their businesses than just make money, but do not necessarily know how. These women have usually been in business for at least three (3) years, are generating revenue on a consistent basis, have a well-defined product or service, and/or are looking for other avenues of growth. These women also have a desire to combine business skill with passion and build relationships with others so that they can meet needs and sustain their businesses. Her Startup can help you do this.
Using your company to do more than just make money, provides the perfect opportunity for you to end the conflict between the bottom line and what is in your heart to do. By taking an interest in a particular group or cause and adapting your business to meet those needs, you create a win-win situation for all involved with each party having a vested interest in the well-being of the other. We are not talking about forgetting the bottom line nor throwing business sense out the window. What we are talking about is using your business as a catalyst and lending your voice to situations that matter and causes greater than yourself. Contrary to popular belief, this is not only reserved for non-profits.
For six weeks, you will meet with like-minded business owners. Through your Round Table you will help eachother determine the most effective and efficient ways to meet a need and have a real impact in the world. We will help you:
Determine areas for involvement
Discuss myths surrounding giving back and Social Enterprises
Develop an action plan to incorporate giving back within your organization
Take steps towards using your skills and passion to make a difference

Assignments will be given weekly. All sessions are held online so you can attend from the comfort of your office, home or other location. Group size is limited so all women can build relationships within the group and help eachother effectively. Participation includes membership to Her Startup and entitles you to first-look at in-house projects focused on helping women in the areas of human trafficking, domestic violence, and/or poverty.

Class dates and times are to the left. Once you submit payment, you will be directed to the registration form. Deposits are not refundable, but transferable to another woman business owner. This is because once we lock in your spot, all other registrants are either placed on a waiting list or moved to a later session. Your understanding is appreciated.
